Carol Reeve - strategic marketing expertCarol Reeve, Chief Marketing Strategist, approaches marketing with uncommon insight gleaned from 20+ years of experience. Her résumé includes brand management roles at Kao Brands and Liberty Mutual, award-winning identity and advertising campaigns for small businesses up to Fortune 100 companies, and brand integration strategies for Procter & Gamble, General Mills, Samsung and others. Carol now applies her skills to small businesses and nonprofit organizations, where good marketing can change lives. Carol has served on multiple nonprofit boards, manages the LinkedIn group Knoxville Nonprofit Resources, and has taught Marketing and PR at Johnson University. She was named to Knoxville’s Top 40 Under 40 Business and Community Leaders for 2012.

Kevin has held legal counsel roles in a publicly traded company, a large firm (400+ attorneys), and boutique firms prior to his current role. His specialties include intellectual property, contracts, franchise, nonprofit consulting, real estate, and growth and risk management strategies. Licensed to practice law in Ohio and Tennessee, Kevin moonlights as the Principal/Owner of The Reeve Firm, a law practice dedicated to serving small businesses and nonprofit organizations (yet another way to serve GotR clients). He is also a gifted writer and has won journalism awards from the Associated Press.

 

Iris round with cityIris Cole, Strategist and Copywriter, has 15 years of experience in administration and project management, including serving as the Executive Director of a community-based nonprofit organization. Iris specializes in the management of multi-faceted projects, combining her experience in the areas of start-up, strategic planning, risk management, marketing, fundraising, and corporate responsibility. Her portfolio spans various industries/sectors including government, energy, development/construction, transportation, pharmaceutical, environmental impact, education and the arts. She is effortlessly bi-lingual, eloquent in both English and Spanish.

Tricia Brennesholtz has more than 20 years of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, talent management and strategic human resources. Tricia has a genuine passion for helping people maximize their strengths. She holds a BA from the University of Michigan and a MSM from Walsh College. Tricia has multiple certifications in psychometric assessment tools and is an executive coach.

Daniel Watson is the Co-Founder and Executive Director for The Restoration House, a nonprofit organization serving low-income single-mother families in East Tennessee. Daniel serves on multiple boards and is a well-respected community leader and national advocate for single-parent families. He was named as one of Knoxville’s Top 40 Under 40 Community and Business Leaders in 2010. Daniel is a graduate of Johnson University.
